[cobalt-users] Can't access the web server!!!

I can't access my web server. I can both email and ftp. The server responce
on Ip and I can telnet in to it. But, I can't access any websites.

The whole thing started when the server was unaccesable. I couldn't access
it with telnet, or email or anything else. So I emailed to support and they
did a hardreboot. From then on, I can't access the web server.

I've tried to use the /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
but it just restart and nothing has changed.

What should I do???
