your upload speed is 110. if he is downloading from your ftp, then you
are uploading to him, which should be limited to 110. this speed,
110kbps (vs. Kbps) is equivalent to approx. 13.75Kbps. the 110 is
kilobits per second. divide that by 8 and you get kilobytes per second
(kilobits vs. kilobytes).
