Search for the IP in /etc/hosts.deny and delete it.

Any time PortSentry detects access to an inappropriate port (one it
monitors and is not purposely open) it adds the source IP address to
that file. 

If I were you I'd have a chat with whoever is responsible for generating
that alert.
