Just download the latest version of ssh (I think 1.2.31 for ssh1).
unzip it, untar it, then run

- ./configure, make, make install.
- edit /etc/sshd_config (if you want to)
- add the following to /etc/rc.d/rc.local
  /usr/local/sbin/sshd

Thats all I did on my RaQ 1 and it works great.
