Since you edited virtusertable directly, did you do the following?

makemap hash /etc/virtusertable.db < /etc/virtusertable # recreate
virtuerstable DB file
ps aux | grep sendmail # get PID of sendmail
kill -HUP PID_FROM_PREVIOUS_OPERATION # restarts sendmail

It will be helpful to see relevant lines from virtusertable.

grep "acnhosting" /etc/virtusertable
