its your nameserver reporting that a server should be authoritative for a
zone, according to the NS records that delegate authority for that zone, but
really isn't, perhaps because it hasn't been configured to load the zone or
because it is a secondary master that has expired the zone

This took about five minutes to find out by choosing keywords to search on
google.
named+lame+server
the majority of your questions regarding error logs can be found by this
method relativly quicky.
