Greetings,
I recently found out a way to make the email of one domain get
sent to another domain users mailbox eg doug@xxxxxxxxxxxxx gets passed onto
the user doug at doug@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx This was all working great for about a
week and still is I think (?) I have this problem now, when I send an email
from the office ( MS exchange server ) to any of the websites that are on
the RaQ I get this message sent back
'test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx' on 23/03/01 13:35
Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=UK;a=
;p=DEV;l=MATRIX001-010323133430Z-141
MSEXCH:IMS:Test:DEV:MATRIX001 3553 (000B099C) 553
<Doug@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... No such user here
It would seem its try to send my email address as the address as the users
emailbox which cant be right! But the weird thing is if I sent it from the
exchange admin email it goes straight through we out any errors. I have
rebuilt the IMS just to make sure it was nothing at our end and even created
various test accounts but to no avail so I think it might be at the RaQ's
end.
If I send mail from my yahoo or home account it gets through fine with none
of the above errors.
I am really starting to bang my head against the wall with this one I have
searched the support groups only found a few non-detailed articles about
this problem.
Has anyone seen this or have any ideas about it?
Thanks
Doug
