telnet in,
login as admin, then su to root
change into root's home dir (cd ~)
pico -w .forward
<just put a valid email address here eg. blah@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
that should do it, works for me anyway.

Subject: [cobalt-users] Email from address root <root>
I have just installed Logcheck and it seems to be working fine, however when
reports are sent to the email address that I have used the from address is
'root <root>'. We are using exchange server locally and it will not accept
this as the from address and bounces the mail.
How can I change the from address?
Thanks
Mark Roebuck
