Hi,

No I haven't got this sorted out. I have a catchall @www.domain.tld
Tried to ad root as an alias but came back with error alias already exists.

You are correct!
Did you get the root email sorted out?
Try using a server alias (root or catchall @www.domain.tld) in your
siteadmin's
email setup.
