Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced a problem when users can't
check mail even though pop is running ok. The error they receive is
"connection refused". During this period you can ping, telnet, https to
the server with no problems. The problem seems to rectify itself in around
5-10 mins,
Any ideas would be appreciated.
