	This is isn't the Cobalt was as much as it's the Unix way.
Microsoft invented the htm extension over a windows file naming
issue that has long been corrected. They've maintained it since for
the simple reason that, well, they're Microsoft and that means
they're big enough to do pretty much what ever they want.

	Anywho, what I do here is logon to the site after creating
it, rename the index.html to index.htm, click the rebuild hyperlinks
button and then set the client loose.
