In the Site Settings, put 'mydomain.com' into the field that says
Email Aliases.
If you missed this, you might've also missed the Web Aliases field,
you'll want to put mydomain.com there as well if you want to be able
to get to your domain without the 'www' in front.
Then go into the Server Settings, Control Panel, Email Parameters and
for that domain check your mx record. It should say that mail for
'mydomain.com' gets delivered to 'www.mydomain.com' with a priority
setting of High. If not, change it so it does.
Getting the email wrong when you first set up a domain is a tricky
thing. Sometimes it gets grumpy and doesn't work right again unless
you delete the whole domain and all dns records and start over from
scratch (making sure you get it right the first time).
Good luck!
