Gee, I'm considering unsubbing and ONLY searching the archives. That way, I
can (hopefully) get the information I need and filter out the pissy comments
from people like yourself.
What if this person just subbed 2 days ago or yesterday even?
Since you obviously know EVERYTHING by your attitude, you should know that
if you want to offend someone, you should do it OFF LIST, and not drag your
shit onto the list. I'm only posting this to the list so that the other
know-it-all-attitudes on this list (there are plenty) get the picture.
Do you act this way with your customers as well?
Time for an attitude check.

In the last 5 years we have managed to keep 93% of our hosting customers
with my "know-it-all-attitude". Hey thanks for the promotion from newbie to
"know-it-all".
