[cobalt-users] POP before SMTP

Hi everyone,

This may be a dumb question, but every once in a while my RaQ4 doesn't want
to send mail.
I (as most of the people out there) use outlook, and I 've noticed it tries
to send mail BEFORE receiving it.
Now, with the new patch, every once in a while it just states "relaying
denied, please check your mail first "
So, what should we do to make outlook check the mail before sending it?
