With all due respect to Zahid :)

The problem started AFTER I installed the NEW
RaQ3-All-Security-4.0.2-9648.pkg.

I had not installed 4.01 because I saw that it was causing problems.  The
problem I am having now is not the same thing that 4.0.1 was causing.
