I assume you meant "if I send it from the server itself OK, but from
another server rejected."

DNS *is* the Name Server.

Why are there parentheses in your domain name?

wwin_no_spam_mail.com is your domain??? I'm so confused. But it's pretty
clear that your domain does not resolve, i.e. sendmail can't verify that
the domain actually exists.

Test the DNS setup of that domain from that same server. Use nslookup
and dig (both have man pages) to do so.
