[cobalt-users] Resurrecting a dead cobalt

Hi list,

One of my RaQ3s has died - ie it went down for a reboot, but has been
hanging at "Booting" ever since.  I've got the instructions on the Cobalt
knowledge base telling me to connect with a laptop and null modem cable, and
the unmount and fsk all the partitions.  The only problem is, I can't work
out how to connect to the RaQ - I obviously can't telnet to it, as the boot
process hasn't got that far, and I've tried using Hyperterminal, but without
any success....

Can anyone advise?
