I don't know if the Qube3 is setup to route, but I sort of doubt it;
certainly the Qube2 wasn't but you should find a definite answer
somewhere.

Rules are for ipchains, which is a packet filter, which is a simple type
of firewall. These decide whether or not a packet is allowed to enter or
leave your box. HOWEVER, this does not have much to do with routing.
You may be able to do this with ipchains; I'm not expert enough to tell
yet. Read the man pages and the documentation; I think you want a REDIR
target on those rules. I could be wrong.
