I've experienced the same pb
Reinstallation of the pkg didn't solve the pb
So I managed to recompile everything Webalizer, GD (requires libpng zlib, ...)
It took me a long time to get it working (1,5 days because GD compilation didn't
create the Shared Lib (*so file))
I can send my lib*so files if someone wants them
