It is missing OSupdate-3.0 to Cobalt OS Release 4.0. ;)
The Cobalt OS Release is always the same, the OSupdates are
patches to the OS Release. So I guess you could think of it
as this:
OS update 3.0 - makes Cobalt OS Release 4.0pl3
The 3rd patch revision to the OS.
