[cobalt-users] Hello SUN/Cobalt? Listen Up (Please)

Guys, you're doing better with list traffic, five day old posts are
getting somewhat rarer it seems. There's still a 40-50 minute lag though,
and this is SUNDAY with really low volume (on "users" anyway, which always
has the highest traffic of all your lists)

And no, it's not *my* upstream that's the problem, other list traffic is
coming down in *seconds* after posting.

C'mon folks, add memory and disks if necessary, I'm sure funds are
available, this isn't a major issue. Hell, put this list on its own
machine, open up the pipe..."do whatcha gotta do"

I know y'all are working to generally improve things over there, and not a
moment too soon either. There have been improvements, no question.

However, let's get this right once and for all. This way you won't hear
whining from the list. Prompt (fast) list traffic is kinda basic, let's
face it. I run lists (majordomo, mailman *and* SmartList) on various
machines, so I know what the it takes to rev things up some. This is
one of those cases where "small actions cause major changes" 

Now...concerning the knowledgebase...on second thoughts, never mind, one
thing at a time :-)
