444 is for ssl admin
617 + 7937 + 7938 Is for Arkeia & Legato backups.
You can close the last 3. For close, only enable the
Arkeia & Legato checkboxes in your control panel,
save changes, uncheck them and save changes.
Do netstat -lnp and look the ports closed.
This is mantained only when the server is not rebooted
when reboot the ports result open. If you not use these
backups, you can disable them permanently. For this,
edit the 'arkeia' & 'networker' files in '/etc/rc.d/init.d'.
Remenber !!! Make a copy first.
