Looking at this "project" with great interest... it sounds so simple.. (knowing how easy it is to enable SSL from the GUI... but somehow I  know there has to be more.. ie: installing a cert.. correct?

I've seen mention of a "self signed" ssl cert... is this an open source (ie: free) means to gain an ssl cert?

I know you guys who help out here get tired of the "newbie" questions but this one process, if it could be spelled out in detailed steps, might well help out a lot of the "appliance drivers" out here watching the list...
