It looks from your log entry to be coming from Cust14.tnt38.det3.da.uu.net
[63.44.201.14]

It also looks like none of their email is actually being relayed. Its either
a really dumb spammer or some form of denial of service attack.

Have you tried completely filtering the IP address 63.44.201.14 ? It may
have to be done by your upstream, if you have no control of the router and
don't have a firewall installed on your raq.

Contact the people who own the IP and give them some of these log entries.
They will probably take some kind of action against the abuser.
