moderate = no
If moderate = yes
then there is no reason to restrict a post
One sends out the mailings with the following on the first line of message:
Approved: admin_password
Notice the capital A.
The only caveat for this method is that if you later use the GUI to create
another mailing list, it will see the file 'deeowner' (in my case) and
create a list called deeowner in the GUI display...which is just
annoying/confusing and not really harmful.
again, moderated = yes will prevent this being an issue.
however, if the file is named, say, "listname.post", then the above does
not transpire.
