Sorry I cant answer your first question!
But the second:
/etc/admserv/conf/httpd.conf
This is the "httpd.conf" file for the admin server (the GUI), I wouldn't recommend tinkering with it though!
Your box will be running 2 instances of the Apache webserver. Just incase you *kill* the normal public one, you can still login via your browser to the GUI (admin server) and fix it <g>
