[cobalt-users] Calendar/Scheduling

Does anyone know of a good Web-based calendar/scheduling package?  Ideally, 
I'd like users to have public and/or private schedules, meeting scheduling 
capability, email notification on changes.  I'd prefer one that does not 
use PHP/MySQL (it's for a very small set of users).
