[cobalt-users] Changes to DNS IP address

We recently changed the IPs of our DNS servers.  Our Registrar is
Register.com.  On the Register.com domain control panel there is no way to
change the IP of the name servers.  Will it make a big differance?  Does
Register.com do a name lookup first and then use the resolved IP?  Anyone
know.  I can't get a response from Register.com so I have know friggin idea.
