[cobalt-users] SMTP Error



Hello,

I have a RAQ4i and am having trouble with email from a few valid clients.

I have searched the archives but could not find a resolution to the problem.

When some users email to my domain they received the following error:

"Connected to xx.xx.xx.xx but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 451 4.1.8 <name@xxxxxxxxxx>... Domain of sender
address name@xxxxxxxxxx does not resolve"

xx.xx.xx.xx reflects the correct IP address of the domain receiving the email.
name@xxxxxxxxxx is a valid user account at a valid domain.

This email does not get through to me. I had the same user send email to a different email account (isp account that is not on a RAQ) and it came through without any problem.

I could not find any SMTP configuration items that related to this.

Any help would be much appreciated.
