We have been with Webfusion a little longer,
around 4 - 5 months.. first 2 months were fine,
then suddenly the bottom dropped out of their
bucket and we have suffered horrendous
packet loss / latency and routing problems
ever since - recent troubles appear to be with
their primary routing gear.

Fortunately our raq4 with Webfusion is backed
up by another at their parent company, Magic
Moments and this one is fine, though we did
have problems there for a while.. we stuck with
them as at least they had a reasonable attitude
and true to their word they have improved
continuously over the 3 years we've been with
them..

Because of this we are sticking with Webfusion
(recently purchased by Magic Moments) for
another 4 weeks.. having continuously supplied
traceroute results etc to them for the last 2 weeks
they assure us the problems are being addressed
and should be resolved within a couple of weeks..
if not we're out of there..

but we feel we must afford them a reasonable
opportunity to complete their proposed updates
etc, these are difficult times for hosts, whilst they
try to upgrade systems to cope with increased
demands they must also contend with the script
kiddies garbage etc.. give them the 2 weeks to
implement and 2 more to tweak is our decision..
