Hi,
I'm suffering from a very strange problem:
After updating the IMAP-Server from the latest Cobalt.pkg yesterday, three
accounts
on my RaQ3 lost all their mails stored on the server. These three were the
only
ones getting their mail by IMAP.
This appears not to be too bad...
All further attempts of receiving mails with different clients on different
platforms
failed. Only eMail header were sent telling subject, date etc.
Checking these accounts by two different PHP webmailclients (IMP2.23 and
squirrelMail
1.0) showed the same problems. They simply could'nt display the mails.
So what I did, was checking for some pop.lock files, fully deleting the
three error
accounts, rebuilding (without backup), checking logs for error messages,
rebooting
the whole RaQ: without success.
Besides, the 'admin' account refuses to be accessible via email totally.
Has anyone experiences whith such IMAP deseases?
Does it help to login to the impad from telnet directly (honestly I have no
idea
of what to type in the imapd console)?
Any help will be appreciated!
<sigh>
Regards,
Hendrik Runte
