Hello what do I need to do to backup is a share directory in my network
(this disk is not in the cube)

Well, how easy it is depends on how experienced you are with Linux (and
Cobalts ofcourse).

If you want a good GUI -- buy Cobalts!

The Restore CD gives you a clean system -- without customer data. Then you
could have backups of customer data.
The best thing is to use a normal tape backup system (or similar) - and have
daily backups of your full system.
