[cobalt-users] configuring logs to my specs

I apologize for the previous message.  I should have waited.  The log had stats
for yesterday in it today.  I think I'd like to adjust the time the days start
and
end to coincide with midnight and I see that's covered in the Linux System
Administration Black Book and Evi Nemeth's Unix Handbook.
