[cobalt-users] Site & Users Quotas - re Email

If I assign 20 MB storage to a virtual site and create a site user that has
10 MB of storage will the total storage for the site (html files, etc., logs
& stats, email, etc.) be limited to 20 MB, or is the 10 MB for the user in
addition to the 20 MB that I allotted to the site?

Also if I assign 5 MB of storage to a site and 5 MB to the only user (this
user was only created to administer the site and to receive email so won't
be setting up a "users" site) and the site uses 2 MB, will the user only
have the remaining 3 MB? It's really the same question as the first one...
just rephrased and assuming the site and user get 5 MB total.
