This sounds normal. My servers start up using around 55MB of RAM, but
after two weeks or so are "using" almost 240MB of RAM out of a total
256MB installed RAM.

The thing to notice is that buffered memory and cached memory isn't
really "used" and can be taken for other processes at any time. So the
amount of "free" memory is really free+buffers+cached, which is probably
most of your memory.

What's happening is that your RaQ is using whatever memory nothing else
wants as a disk cache and for buffers in order to run a little faster.
Not a problem in any way.

Hopefully, the free (free+buffer+cache) memory from top should compare
fairly closely with what the GUI says. If not, let us know.
