[cobalt-users] FrontPage Error when submitting form to an e-mail.

Hello and any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have narrowed this down, when I submit the form to a txt doc written to
the directory it is ALL GOOD!
However, when I change the same form properties to be submitted to an e-mail
address it produces this terrible error.
