no, the /proc/number directories are processes that are running, whatever
was 1020 probably exited at some point, don't worry about it

If only certain pages don't work in the GUI , but others do, then you have
probably had some of the cobalt script stuff corrupted....but this one is
gonna be hard to guess at....in what way does it 'not' work?
(if the user database is screwed up you are gonna have even more problems)

did you run chkrootkit?
