check the webalizer.conf file Carrie - there is an incremental yes flag that
means that webalizer will save the current state at exit. When it restarts
it will get rid of dupes etc and add in the current log file. This allows
you to use multiple partial logs during the month.
I use it and it works well in webalizer 2.0
