Just guessing here.
The RaQ rotates the logs every morning at 4am.
If you've run Webalizer after a log rotation, you'll get a result.
If you run it again 12hrs later - unless you've had some traffic on the
sites, there won't be anything in the logs for it to look at (no valid
records found).
Test it out, put a free counter on one of the sites and see if *it* records
you as getting any traffic. If it doesn't, you'll know this is what's going
on. Not a problem with webalizer, just no traffic coming in.
www.sitemeter.com is a free counter that gives nice stats.

Btw, on all of my sites and my clients' sites, things have been abnormally
slow this week. It's like everyone went on holiday or sumfin.
And things *always* slow down on Friday and Saturday, as people go out for
the weekend and don't get on the computer as much as they normally do during
the week.
