[cobalt-users] VI problems after patches on RAQ2!

I installed all the patches, including the ones that came out today.
Whenever I telnet into my server and attempt to 'vi' a file, I get this
error message: 

Cannot open termcap file 'vt100' not known. Available builtin terminals are:
    builtin_ansi
    builtin_xterm
    builtin_iris-ansi
    builtin_dumb
defaulting to 'ansi'

I've attempted with various different accounts and telnet clients...all get
the same response which leads me to believe that something has changed on my
Raq 2 from the patches.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do to fix the problem?
