There is. It's called the OS Restore CD. And you can get a copy of it via
anonymous ftp from ftp.nl.cobalt.com/pub/iso
Use the CMU (Cobalt Migration Utility) to backup your virtual site data
(users/sites/mail), restore the affected machine, use the CMU to put the
sites back on.
Over the course of the exposure of this bug, many customers have called in
to report their machines hacked. What is extremely surprising to me is that
some of them have refused to even think about wiping the machine clean to
ensure that nothing malicious was left behind.
