Sure is, and it's a shame that Cobalt tells such blatant lies. 

It would be interesting to track how much of your time you spend
1. reading help requests from folks who bought into the hype
2. answering help requests from folks who bought into the hype

Of course the encouraging part is that virtually each one of us who bought
into the deception has, with the help of other users, "learned" the
ropes...and thus, since we help ourselves, out of sheer survival and
regard for others in the same boat, we need Cobalt input less and less.

So, be happy that you are a beta tester who paid to play, and a support
person who paid to play.

The next logical step would be for all of us, with varying levels of
skills, to rewrite the Cobalt implimentation so that Cobalt could sell
even more units to folks who "don't need to know Linux".

And...you can join the party simply by buying an appliance, no volume
commitment, just buy one.
