[cobalt-users] Mailing List not working

I cant get the email subscribe and unsubribe to work.  Anyone know why?

I setup a mailing list called twf-list@xxxxxxxxxx
To subscribe.. (i have the correct box check to allow subscription) I am
emailing twf-list@xxxxxxxxxx and have subscribe twf-list in the body... and
nothing happens.

Also.. why is there a password box... Is twf-list now a pop3 box I can
check? I tried it and it doesnt work.
I dont get how this mailing list thing is suposed to work. I understand
people can send messages it... but as for the monitoring, etc.. I dont.
