I don't think reacting to an accusation of spamming by someone who doesn't
even know how to post a reply is being sensitive.
As far as the Amazon affiliation, I suppose I could have just given the
titles to the books instead and leave it up to the reader to track them
down. But why put them through that extra work. They could go to
http://www.oreilly.com/ where Apache: The Definitive Guide is 34.95 as
opposed to $27.96 at Amazon.com.
I found the Amazon links and posted them. Maybe you think I'm under some
moral obligation to leave off my affiliate code so Amazon gets the full
amount of the purchase?
