I guess you're in the wrong place then, or you haven't read the meta faq or
spent much time in the archives. Any archives.
Every archive of every mailing list in the world is filled with questions
and answers.
The very nature of computers is that there is no ONE WAY to do something. If
there is one way, there are fifteen ways. And each person has their own
preference of how to do it.
My point in these posts - and I'll continue to make them - is that with a
bit of effort (say, ten minutes of reading in the archives) - someone could
save themselves the hours it takes for their question to be posted and a
reply to finally be posted back to them.
And they might actually LEARN something rather than having someone just hand
them the answer.
