You're assuming that Cobalt users even know what named or Bind is. It's an
appliance.
See if you can find BIND mentioned anywhere, even when you search the Cobalt
knowledge base for Nameserver or even DNS.

What is so terrible about a customer who believes what they're told by
Cobalt? Why blame the victim?
