[cobalt-users] List Management troubles

i set up a mailing list on my raq4 for one of my domains called 'everyone'.
i can't send mail to the list even from a username on the list unless i have
both 'Allow User Subscriptions to List' and 'Allow Unsubscribed Posting to
List' checked.  i even tried setting up an account on Outlook as
everyone@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx using the same password that i entered in the 'List
Management' area.

the only way i can send an email successfully to the list is if i have both
'Allow User Subscriptions to List' and 'Allow Unsubscribed Posting to List'
checked. this is not desirable because any email address from anywhere can
post an email.

how can i set it up so that only one email (mine) can send to the group?
