It's not you, this is very common, many ISP's now block traffic on port 25
to force their dialup / dsl users to use their mail server for outgoing
mail so they at least have a way to log outbound mail traffic to deal with
SPAM ...
Either ask them to use their ISP's mailserver to send outbound mail, or
consider some kind of a proxy (hard to do at customer end) or have them
use a mail client that can send via pop, or use web(based)mail....
(Might be other solutions also)
