[cobalt-users] patch question (RaQ3)

I applied RaQ3-en-Update-OS-4.0.pkg (OS Update 4.0) to a RaQ3 I
administer, but the machine I was connecting to the administrative
interface with was disconnected. Approximately 45 minutes later, when
the patch process no longer appeared to be active (at least from looking
at a 'ps aux' on the server), I rebooted the server. When it came back
up, a number of patches (including OS Update 4.0) no longer appeared in
the Maintenance/Install Package portion of the web interface. When I
attempted to add other packages, one of them claimed I needed to install
one of the patches now missing from the listing. I have reinstalled the
patches necessary to complete updating patches, but some (such as the OS
Update 4.0) still are missing from the package listing.

Any ideas/suggestions?
