The particular exploit you're referring to requires both rpc.statd and
wu-ftpd running on your system.
While rpc.statd is installed on the Raq3 (if you've got another system,
check for yourself), wu-ftpd is NOT. You don't say which system you've
got but if you're NOT running wu-ftpd (and no cobalt system I've worked
has, although that's not all by a long shot) you're NOT vulnerable to
this particular exploit.
